New construction for a 30,000 square foot medical office building on Riverfront Parkway in Chattanooga, TN.  Three levels of conventional steel framing were constructed using three CMU cores for lateral resistance.  The floors were designed using composite steel framing and open web bar joist were designed for the roof framing.  Special features include thin cantilevered patient drop of canopy, detailing to accommodate different architectural finishes and fast tracked construction schedule.
