Urban infill custom office space for Vision Hospitality in downtown Chattanooga, TN totally approximately 30,000 square feet.  The five stories include on grade parking below grade,  commercial/ retail spaces at the sidewalk level,  with three levels of office above.  A conventional steel frame supports composite steel floor framing and steel bar joist roof framing.
